Zekai Lu(陆泽凯) is a social science researcher who is currently a fast-tracking PhD student in the Department of Sociology at McGill University(supervised by Eran Shor). His areas of interest include medical sociology, social psychology and computational sociology.Zekai hopes to focus on the field of medical sociology in his graduate research. Zekai has already published many works on some English and Chinese journal.

Zekai’s favourite poem is by Du Fu.This poem depicts a magnificent scene in the transition zone between the Tibetan plateau and the Chengdu plain

窗含西岭千秋雪,门泊东吴万里船。

The window frames the western peaks with snow of thousand years, The door beholds the eastern stream with ships of myriad tiers.
